Zijn deze verzendkosten definitief?
De getoonde prijzen zijn indicatieve schattingen. De definitieve kosten worden bevestigd na meting in het magazijn, controle van de producten, verificatie van de postcode en controle van de beschikbaarheid van de route.
Hoe wordt het factuurgewicht berekend?
Het factuurgewicht is doorgaans het hoogste van het werkelijke gewicht en het volumengewicht. Het volumengewicht wordt berekend door de lengte × breedte × hoogte van het pakket te delen door de deler die voor de gekozen route geldt.
Waarom is het volumetrisch gewicht hoger dan het werkelijke gewicht?
Lichte maar omvangrijke pakketten nemen meer laadruimte in beslag. Vervoerders kunnen daarom de verzendkosten berekenen op basis van de afmetingen van het pakket in plaats van het gewicht op de weegschaal.
Can shipping rates change?
Yes. Carrier costs, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, and route availability may change. Freight2Me confirms the current shipping cost with you before dispatch.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
Unless a route is specifically marked as duty-paid or tax-inclusive, customs duties, import taxes, and destination charges are not included in the reference estimate.
Can you ship sensitive, branded, or restricted goods?
Some routes accept electronics, cosmetics, health products, branded goods, and other sensitive items. Availability depends on the destination and product details. Contact us before sending restricted goods.
What if my destination is not listed?
We ship to more countries and regions than those displayed in the calculator. Select “Other destination” or contact us with the destination, postcode, parcel weight, dimensions, and goods description.
